The roof pieces were delivered on Thursday. Hopefully, we will have a roof by the end of THIS week. Keep your fingers crossed. And your legs, and your toes. And whatever else you can cross. Thanks for your support. I tried to look at all of those pieces and figure out where they will go in the roof. Absolutely beyond my comprehension. If I had to build the house myself we would have slanted walls for sure.
The other good piece of progress is that the guy came and burned the big pile of trees in our backyard. This picture is taken from the backporch. Right behind those trees is the lake. So, when they are cut, we will have quite a view. It's very exciting!
